When you fill out our contact form, quote request or estate appraisal form, we collect the information you enter. That usually includes your name, email address, phone number, the property address and details about the appraisal you need.

Like most websites, the site also collects basic visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and the general location and type of device used. This information does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and complete your appraisal, and keep records of our work. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

Our quote and estate appraisal forms are run by Typeform, and our website is hosted by WordPress.com, which also provides our contact form, spam filtering and visit statistics. These services process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies. When an appraisal is ordered, we may share the property details with the appraiser assigned to the assignment and, where you ask us to, with your attorney, CPA or lender.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar tools to keep it working, filter spam and count visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep appraisal records for as long as professional and legal record-keeping rules require. Other messages are kept only as long as they are useful for responding to you.
